FOTD: Living Dead Dragon

This is a look I wore last weekend when I went out for a friend's Hen party. I wanted to do something slightly 1920s inspired, so I went for a dark eye with green tones, which was darker at the inner eye area.

Sorry I look so miserable in the full face pic, I hate taking them haha! Anyway, here's what I used:

Eyes

Too Faced Shadow Insurance
Nyx Jumbo Eye Pencil in Black Bean
Spellbound Cosmetics Dragon Scales
Hi Fi Cosmetics Living Dead Girl
MAC White Gold Pigment
Urban Decay 24/7 Liner in Zero
Illamasqua Volume Mascara in Harness

Face

e.l.f. Flawless Finish Foundation in Porcelain
Illamasqua Powder Blusher in Sin

Lips

Collection 2000 CreamPuff Moisturising Lip Cream in Angel Delight

Dragon Scales is the main colour in this look, it's a MAC Club-esque brown/green duochrome which, as usual, looks awesome over a black base. For this look, rather than my usual smoky look with this type of colour, I brought more of the dark colours into the inner eye area, quite high up which reminds me of the silent movie stars. I hope you like it!

EOTDs: Rainbow and Cut Crease

Hi everyone, just a quick post with a couple of the looks I've worn over the past week for you. The first one is a rainbow eye I did to wear to a makeup event I went to in Manchester.

It looks kinda faded in the pictures but it was quite bright in person, except for the inner corner. I can't remember exactly what I used, but I used Sleek Curacao palette and Kawaii from Shiro cosmetics for definite :)

The next look I wore last night to go see a production of Top Hat, which was really lovely!

I'm practising cut crease looks as I absolutely love how they look. It's a bit creased since I took these pictures when I got in at the end of the night. For this one I used Nyx jumbo eye pencils in Milk and Black Bean, Spellbound Cosmetics' Enchanted on the lid mixed with Shiro's Lolita. I used black and silver in the crease from a cheap Claire's palette. The waterline is a white pencil with Fyrinnae Omgwtf pressed over the top, and the lashes are Ardell demi 101s.

Hope you like them! I have picked up a fair bit of makeup lately, as I've been to the Clothes Show Live, so hopefully I will get some swatches up for you! I do plan on using a lot of it in my kit though so you might not see it in looks on here.

Eyes of the Day - Birthday Girl

Hey all! Here's my look for today. I decided to use Sugarpill Birthday Girl because it's my birthday today (I'm sad like that).

Here's what I used:

Urban Decay Primer Potion
Nyx Jumbo Eye Pencil in Milk
Sugarpill Chromalust shadow in Birthday Girl - lid
Spellbound Cosmetics Creeper - crease, lower lashline
Sleek Oh So Special Palette Bow (matte cream) - inner corner highlight and brow highlight
Sleek Oh So Special Palette Ribbon (matte pink)- between inner corner and middle of lid

Hope you like it!

Spellbound Cosmetics: Swatches

Today I received an order I made with Spellbound Cosmetics. This is the first time I have tried products from this company and I'm really pleased with what I've got. I ordered samples of Lucky Charm, Sentinel Moon, Mojave and Wink, and a full size jar of Creeper. Samples are $1 and full size is $3.99. I was also sent samples of Null, Dragon Scales, Vigilant, Fools Gold and Enchanted.

Here's what the packaging looks like:

And here they are, all swatched over Fyrinnae Pixie Epoxy.

I really like these shadows, they are complex and different from things I already own. My favourite picks are Creeper, Null and Dragon Scales.

Spellbound Cosmetics are available from their website, etsy and information can be found on facebook.
