Hi everyone! I realise the blog has been very quiet of late. I've been busy doing loads of makeup work, photoshoots, films, and fashion shows! It's been rather a whirlwind.
I'll stagger the posts so I don't overwhelm you all at once. Here are some pictures I did with a photographer called Harpers Syan, and model Leone P. Check them out!
She wanted some colourful, eccentric shots for her portfolio, so I whipped out the Sugarpill! On the lips I used Sleek Pout Paints. Eyebrows are Illamasqua powder eyeshadow in Dance.

Glossy Eye Make-up
I fancied doing some creative make-up this week, so I thought I'd try a glossy colourful eye. I'd done a greasy, black look before for a photoshoot, but this is quite a different look.
I'm quite pleased with how it looks, and would love to try this out with a decent photographer!
I used my own special blend of 'eye gloss', which basically consists of Vaseline and clear lip gloss. I applied that over Sugarpill Dollipop and Hi-Fi Cosmetics Live Large. Under the eye is Sugarpill Poison Plum, and Barry M Dazzle Dust in 66 (matt black).
The key to the glossy coloured eye, if you're wanting it to look neat, and not really grungy, is to apply very carefully, taking care not to drag the eyeshadow. I used a cotton bud to pat and roll the gloss over the eye lid.
Let me know what you think!

Tropical Fish Collaboration with Robyn: Dory Eyes!
I've been so bad with the blog lately! Sorry! My makeup for photographic work and college seems to have sucked the creative bug out of me. But I'm back with a tropical fish collaboration with Robyn of Stay Beautiful, which has been in the pipelines a long long time!
We decided to do Nemo and Dory, aka the clownfish and regal blue tang. I did an interpretation of a blue tang on my eyes:
For the blue, I used Illamasqua powder eyeshadow in Dance. The yellow is Sugarpill Buttercupcake. To blend out the blue, I used Fyrinnae Winter Again.
This is a pretty basic interpretation to be honest, but I'm trying to get back into the swing of blogging still. If you have any ideas of what sort of looks you'd like to see from me, let me know!
Make sure to check out Robyn's look here!

Happy 2013!
So, it's a new year! I hope you all had a good 2012 and a lovely Christmas.
Looking back on the last year, I feel have achieved so much. I completed a part time course in Fashion & Photographic Make Up, gaining a Level 2 qualification. This gave me the opportunity to do make up work on several big fashion shows, which were fantastic fun and invaluable experience.
I was also able to start working with photographers and models on photo shoots.
